At a ceremony held during the October 2006 Commanders’ Conference in Orlando, Fla., DCMA honored the outstanding achievements of select employees at the sixth annual Employee Recognition Program awards ceremony.
DCMA selected 26 employees to be in the first group of the Agency’s new “Tomorrow’s Leaders” program, which is designed to prepare civilian employees for positions of greater responsibility.
Three DCMA employees, Mr. John Capiello, Ms. Lisa Marie Clark and Dr. Moonja Kim, recently completed the Defense Leadership and Management Program (DLAMP), a leadership development program for senior Department of Defense civilians.
