Welcome to the EWAM 2.0 User Information

This is the Users Guide created to assist you in using EWAM and gaining access to eTools Applications.  You may download/view the guide by selecting the links in the left menu.

You may also select to download training videos.  See below.

For training on EWAM application, please select one of the Training Videos below under "No Caption" or "Closed Caption"

Instructions

Video without captions:

• Double-click on the respective folder name.
• Double-click on the respective WMV file (.wmv) to open the video with Windows Media Player.

 Video with captions:

• Double-click on the respective folder name.
• Double-click on the respective HTML file (.html) to view the video using Internet Explorer.
• Click on the drop down list at the bottom of the page to select the captions text size (small or large).

 *To rewind, fast-forward, pause, stop, and adjust the volume of the video, use the Windows Media Player control buttons.  You can also use the progress bar directly below the video to move back and forth as the video is playing.

Please be sure to have the most current version of Window Media Player (version 10) in order to view the video.
