Overview

The Preaward Survey System (PASS) eTool application provides valuable preaward information, enabling our customers to make responsible and informed business decisions.  Using this risk and web based survey system, DCMA provides an award/ no award recommendation and an explanation of how to handle identifiable contractor risks to ensure a successful contract completion.

As a customer, you can request a preaward survey for a new contract, as well as view prior contract preaward survey results.  This eTool version of PASS replaces the preaward survey system currently residing in the Supplier Information Service (SIS) application.
