Welcome to the SIR User Guide

SIR Training Presentation

The SIR training presentation is a step by step guide that was created to assist you in using the new and innovative Shipping Instructions Request v2.0 Application.  Take advantage of the innovation and download/view the presentation by selecting the SIR Training Presentation Link.

Instructions to Download & View

Video without captions:

  • Right click on the no caption icon for the selected video, and select "save target as'.
  • Select the location to save the file.
  • Double-click on the respective WMV file (.wmv) to open the video with Windows Media Player.

 Video with captions:

  • Right click on the closed caption icon for the selected video, and select "save target as'.
  • Right click on the .zip file and extract the file to the desired location on your desktop.
  • Double-click on the respective HTML file (.html) to view the video using Internet Explorer.
  • Click on the drop down list at the bottom of the page to select the captions text size (small or large).

 *To rewind, fast-forward, pause, stop, and adjust the volume of the video, use the Windows Media Player control buttons.  You can also use the progress bar directly below the video to move back and forth as the video is playing.

Please be sure to have the most current version of Window Media Player (version 10) in order to view the video.
