WAWF is a rock solid system going through very minor growing pains–never before have we seen such a successful deployment of a government system. The deployment phase of this new system has run smoother than ever anticipated. The cycle time and quality gains are better than predicted. This can be directly attributed to the Joint cooperation between industry and the WAWF DCMA team. This cooperation is taking WAWF to a natural and successful maturity.

We have seen great results since most of the invoices we submit via WAWF are being paid within 10-15 days. This great tool is helping reduce our billed receivables days sales outstanding significantly, and is having a positive effect on our business.

WAWF…provides strong benefits to business cash flow, speeds shipments, reduces processing times, and improves quality of DD250 submissions. This is an exciting new initiative for Rockwell Collins, DCMA, and the WAWF team, resulting in a paperless process.

Since starting WAWF, Parker has seen great improvements on our receivables. On average we are receiving payment within 10-15 days of submission. Invoice rejections have been reduced and resolution of errors is achieved in a more timely manner since notification is provided within a few days of submission. In addition, it has allowed us to streamline the process by eliminating the requirement for DD250 distribution. We look forward to continued improvements in the system.
