Instructions for DCMA employees, both civilian and military, to report their personal status.

Personnel Accountability Instructions
1. DCMA Civilian Employees:
a. Employees should account for themselves by accessing the Fourth Estate Personnel Accountability and Assessment Systems (FEPAAS) at https://fepaas.whs.mil. This site may be accessed using a standard computer or smart phone. Instructions for accounting for oneself using the FEPAAS site can be obtained at: https://360.dcma.mil/directorate/DS/Shared%20Documents/2016%20DCMA%20PA%20How%20To/How%20to%20account%20for%20yourself%20(Jan%202016).pptx.
b. Employees can contact their supervisory chain of command by telephone or SMS text following locally issued guidance.
c. Employees can report in person to their management chain for accountability.
d. Managers can execute recall roster processes to contact employees.
2. Military Personnel:
Military personnel account for themselves using their parent service Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (PAAS) and reporting instruction issued by their local DCMA command. Military personnel must also account for their family members in the respective PAAS systems and can also address any needs the service member may have.
