The Air Force and Air Force Reserve recently announced two appointment recommendations to Brigadier General that reflect greatly on the Defense Contract Management Agency.
Please join me in congratulating Air Force Reserve Col. Tonya Kubinec, our DCMA Reserve Mobilization Assistant; and Air Force Col. Alice Treviño, who is currently the Military Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, but many of you know as our recent Western Region Commander.
Having not one, but two flag selects is a unique honor and a first for DCMA. Our agency has benefited greatly from their expertise over the last several years.
