The Whistleblower Protection Act prohibits federal agency retaliation against employees who disclose violations of law, rule or regulation, or other instances of waste, abuse or safety concerns. Whistleblower protection awareness is part of mandatory employee training as tracked through the DCMA Learning Management System.
