Cory Rosenberger
Chief of Staff, Defense Contract Management Agency

Cory Rosenberger is Chief of Staff for the Defense Contract Management Agency. Before joining the headquarters leadership team in July 2019, Mr. Rosenberger was the Engineering and Manufacturing Director at DCMA Boeing St. Louis. His previous assignments include Executive Officer, DCMA Boeing St. Louis, where he served as the principal assistant to the commander; Program Manager, Maintenance and Operational Support Contract – Afghanistan; Project Officer, Boeing St. Charles Weapons and Missiles Portfolio; and Boeing St. Louis Manufacturing and Production Supervisor.

Mr. Rosenberger served 24 years in the Navy as a naval aviator, maintenance officer and acquisition professional. He has extensive experience in aircraft manufacturing, modernization, and operations. He also served two tours at Newport News Shipbuilding where he was a project officer for both new construction and nuclear refueling complex overhaul programs.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University, and a Master of Engineering Management and Bachelor of Applied Mathematics from Old Dominion University. Mr. Rosenberger is an Acquisition Professional Corps member certified in Program Management and Production, Manufacturing and Quality. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional.
