Sexual assault is a crime that has no place in today's society and certainly not within DCMA. It is a violation of everything our organization stands for and is in direct opposition to our core values of integrity, service, and excellence.

DCMA is committed to preventing sexual assault and will not tolerate, condone, or overlook the behaviors that lead to sexual assault. We will work hard to prevent sexual assault, and if it does occur, DCMA will be responsive in ensuring appropriate resources are made available to victims.

Goals of the DCMA SAPR Program

  1. Create an organizational climate that minimizes sexual assault incidents and encourages victims to report incidents without fear of retribution.
  2. Ensure sensitive and comprehensive treatment is provided to restore a victim's health and well-being.
  3. Ensure leadership understands their roles and responsibilities to sexual assault victims.
  4. Ensure appropriate administrative and disciplinary action is taken when necessary.
