To promote an inclusive work environment to ensure equal employment opportunity, equity and inclusion in hiring, training, developing and retaining a diverse, motivated and engaged workforce which is free from any form of unlawful discrimination.
Any Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) employee, former employee or applicant for employment who believes that he/she has been discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age (40 and over), physical or mental disability, genetic information, or reprisal (for engaging in previous EEO protected activity) in an employment matter subject to the control of the Agency, may file an EEO complaint.
Contact must occur on or before 45 calendar days from the date the individual became aware of or should have reasonably become aware of the discriminatory action. Failure to contact an EEO Official within 45 calendar days may result in the loss of an individual’s ability to pursue relief. Contacts can be accomplished in person, by telephone to the EEO Central Phone Line at (804) 609-4766 or via email at dcma.gregg-adams.hq.mbx.eeo@mail.mil.
Every attempt will be made to resolve complaints during the informal processing stage. If resolution is not possible, the aggrieved will be advised of his/her right to file a formal complaint.
