Phase 1: Out-Processing and Transfers Application
The Out-Processing and Transfers (O&T) program provides a seamless out-processing, transferring, and accountability for civilian, contractor, military personnel, supervisors and DCMA.
The O&T application is a new tool for supervisors, mission support team, clearing offices, and personnel to utilize when out-processing or transferring departing personnel. It is designed to mitigate the inherent risks presented with respect to equipment, access controls, data breach, payroll, etc.
