Termination Assistance Request (TAR)

What is the TAR?

The Termination Assistance Request (TAR) application is a Power App designed to streamline and expedite the Defense Contract Management Agency's (DCMA) internal and external processes for requesting termination for convenience (T4C) settlement support. Its primary goal is to reduce the administrative lead time associated with processing termination settlement requests.

The TAR application automates previously manual tasks, including T4C package submissions, routing, approval/rejection, Termination Contracting Officer assignment, and status tracking. By automating these key steps, the application reduces manual effort and response times, thereby enhancing efficiency and accuracy for both DCMA personnel and external customers.
