Navy captain promotion announcement

FORT LEE, Va.  –   FORT LEE, Va., May 17, 2017 — The Navy has released the results of the 2017 captain promotion board. Defense Contract Management Agency had 2 members eligible and 2 selected, a 100% selection rate.
