DCMA Manassas wins antiterrorism award
Warren Keithley, the director of the Antiterrorism Force Protection Division at the Pentagon Force Protection Agency, presents Navy Capt. Pamela Theorgood with an antiterrorism award at the Pentagon on Aug. 21. Theorgood is the commander of Defense Contract Management Agency Manassas in Virginia.
