Annie Green is a supervisory contract specialist and administrative contracting officer at the Contract Life Cycle Management Center based in Houston, Texas. She visited the 9/11 Memorial in New York City in 2019 and paid respect to one of DCMA’s own employees, Herbert Homer, who died 20 years ago on United Airlines Flight 175.
