New commander takes reins of DCMA East Region
Navy Capt. Fred Dini, outgoing commander of the Defense Contract Management Agency Eastern Regional Command, receives retirement paperwork from Army Lt. Gen. David Bassett, DCMA director, Aug. 3, 2023, aboard the USS Constitution in Charlestown, Mass. Dini retired from the Navy after 28 years.
