Reaching New Heights: DCMA PBR FY 24-28 Training Summit

By DCMA Financial Business Planning, Programs and Analysis Division

FORT LEE, Va. — Defense Contract Management Agency’s Financial Business Planning, Programs and Analysis Division is offering training for all DCMA employees to improve communication and understanding of the Program and Budget Review process in support of the fiscal 2024-2028 cycle.

The PBR Summit training event will provide an encyclopedic overview of the PBR cycle and guidance. In addition, there will be demonstrations and exercises to illustrate the development of financial and resourcing documents.

The goal of this year’s approach is to ensure an enriched and better-informed planning and programming advocate community, as well as improved and timely PBR submission deliverables. The event will also cover Program Objective Memorandums (POM), Budget Estimate Submissions (BES) and the President’s Budget (PB).

The training will be separated into three distinct five-hour sessions across multiple days to accommodate the largest group possible, while considering each region’s time zone restraints. Attendees are encouraged to sign up for all three sessions.

Enrollment is now open for all agency employees. Please visit the Summit Home enrollment page at ClassEnrollment - New Item (dcma.mil) to register for each of the following three sessions:
