An emergency contact or family representative should notify DCMA by first contacting the employee's supervisor.
If you cannot reach the supervisor
Contact the DCMA Total Force Directorate, Labor & Benefits Programs Section:

After hours or weekends: please leave a voicemail. We will return your call the next business day.
Information to have ready
- Employee's full name
- Organization or office (if known)
- Date of death
- Your name and relationship to the employee
- Your phone number and email address
What happens next
A DCMA representative will contact you to discuss administrative matters.
