Workforce ideas fuel agency's march
Sharlee Labrecque, Defense Contract Management Agency Continuous Process Improvement division director, takes questions during a recent suggestion program review at the DCMA Learning Center near the agency's Fort Lee, Virginia, headquarters. To date, the program has received more than 1,206 ideas. Over 135 suggestions have been accepted and implemented.
