Rollins is currently going through the Graduate School USA's nine-month Executive Leadership Program and was able to spend four days shadowing Masiello, and Mike Shields, Quality Assurance Directorate director. She also conducted an interview with Jay Norris, Special Programs Directorate executive director, and attended the DCMA Council Meeting.
