Secretary of Navy visits DCMA Lockheed Martin Owego
On Sept. 29, Richard Spencer, the 76th Secretary of the Navy, visited the Lockheed Martin facility in Owego, New York. The secretary and Defense Contract Management Agency flight crew flew from the Binghamton Regional Airport in New York to the facility, which was a 15-minute flight.
