New commander takes reins of DCMA East Region
Navy Capt. Nicola Gathright and Navy Capt. Fred Dini cut a cake to celebrate Dini’s retirement from the Navy after 28 years of service, Aug. 3, 2023, ceremony. The reception followed a change of command ceremony where Dini passed the Defense Contract Management Agency Eastern Regional Command flag to Gathright aboard the USS Constitution in Charlestown, Mass.
