CHARLESTOWN, Mass. — Navy Capt. Nicola Gathright assumed command of DCMA’s Eastern Region from Navy Capt. Fred Dini. Army Lt. Gen. David Bassett, the agency’s director, presided over the ceremony aboard the USS Constitution in Charlestown, Massachusetts, Aug. 3.
