DCMA delivers new capabilities in P-8A Poseidon upgrades

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — The Defense Contract Management Agency worked with Navy aircrew and contractors to deliver the first Increment 3 Block 2 modified P-8A Poseidon back to the fleet, increasing warfighter lethality.
