Rotational Excellence Program broadens horizons

Contracts group leads effort to reduce overage contracts

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. — Collaboration between departments was key to turning four contract closeout metrics green.

The Defense Contract Management Agency Business Process Re-engineering team focused on Contract Closeout has created a video for all agency contract administrators and administrative contracting officers on how to perform Quick Closeout Reviews at contract management offices.
