The Defense Contract Management Agency and Rockwell Collins signed a Memorandum of Agreement Sept. 21, establishing an improved process for procurement of commercial items for military application.

FORT LEE, Va. — The Defense Contract Management Agency has a new public face. Effective Sept. 29, the agency’s web address will take visitors to a fresh site.
