Worldwide change of command
Navy Capt. Sonya Ebright passes through the sideboys at the start of Defense Contract Management Agency International's change of command ceremony at Fort Lee, Virginia, May 23. Ebright assumed command from Navy Rear Adm. Deborah Haven who had presided over the agency's international contract administration operations in 26 different countries overseeing 9,600 contracts totaling over $75 billion in program value.
