Agency, university sign CCM agreement

Wendy Masiello, Defense Contract Management Agency director, sign a memorandum of agreement August 15 at DCMA’s Fort Lee, Va., headquarters formalizing their organizations’ continued strategic partnership through the College of Contract Management.
