Worldwide change of command
Defense Contract Management Agency director, Air Force Lt. Gen. Wendy Masiello, awards the Navy Defense Superior Service Medal to Navy Rear Adm. Deborah Haven for her three years of service as the DCMA International commander during a change of command ceremony at Fort Lee, Virginia, May 23. Haven will continue her service with the agency as the chief of staff.
