Outside of 80: Analyst gains global perspective from student exchange
Tammy Van Scyoc, a Defense Contract Management Agency Small Business Office program analyst, Vasiporn, a 17-year-old high school junior and Thailand native, and Van Scyoc’s husband Michael participated in the 2017 Great Pumpkin Run in Frederick, Maryland.
