The Defense Contract Management Agency’s Leadership Development Integrated Project Team is working on developing a robust program for employees. The first phase of the program, the curated Skillsoft learning programs, began in July. In addition, the Emerging Leaders Program will kick off with an 18-month pilot starting in November.
