‘Jack of all trades, master of all.’ Paul Karkainen, a cost and price analyst with the Defense Contract Management Agency’s Cost and Pricing Command completes 51 years of federal service and retires Jan. 2, 2021. Prior to his work helping to grow DCMA’s CPRC, and supporting the West Pricing Team, Karkainen was the contracts director for DCMA Twin cities. Karkainen said that he attributes his success and longevity to his love for the work and the support he’s had from leadership and his colleagues past and present.
