The DCMA Progress Payment Working Group was formed to create standardization in how the agency oversees progress payment administration, said LeShan Jackson, a contract specialist in the Contracts and Pricing, Policy and Processes Division within the Contracts Directorate at DCMA headquarters, Fort Lee, Virginia.
