My DCMA: GC’s Mike Sainsbury shares family history of service
Mike Sainsbury works as a lawyer in the General Counsel office at Defense Contract Management Agency headquarters in Fort Lee, Va. Sainsbury’s family has a storied history of military service. Pictured is his father’s German POW picture that was taken after his plane was shot down in October 1944 while on a mission to Austria. He was captured and remained a German POW until his camp was liberated by the Russian Army in late April 1945.
