The DCMA workforce and political activities
Everyone at the Defense Contract Management Agency has a role in building and maintaining strong teams, and ensuring DOD remains apolitical in reality and in public perception. Employees are encouraged to understand the federal Hatch Act and DoDD 1344.10, and to discuss appropriate behavior with their supervisors and local leadership.
