Ronald Buonanducci, lead quality assurance specialist with DCMA Aircraft Propulsion Operations Pratt & Whitney, received a 2022 Defense Acquisition Workforce Award. Buonanducci implemented a component scrap review process to return components back to the warfighter that were once deemed unusable scrap material. An estimated $98.4 million has been saved in the past four years.
