Ritina Tran, a general engineer journeyman keystone with the Defense Contract Management Agency's Boeing Mesa Contract Management Office, holds her dapper dog Chubby Aug 5, 2023. Tran recently completed one of the Keystone Program's rotational assignments with DCMA's Western Regional command. During the rotation, she learned about the region's multifunctional approach to mission execution through job shadowing and meeting with staff from the contracting, quality assurance and the mission support office.
