OI Board Summit builds on foundational success
Karen Schultheis, Defense Contract Management Agency’s Information Technology executive director, chief information officer and Organizational Infrastructure Capability Board manager, and Kirk Gates, a DCMA property supervisor and lead OI secretariat, hold a completed puzzle of the board’s logo. The puzzle resulted from a team building event during the board’s 2025 summit at the Army Sustainment University on Fort Lee, Virginia.
