Historic staff ride educates DCMA leaders
Battling the heat and humidity of a Virginia summer, Eaton leads DCMA Director Navy Vice Adm. Stephen Tedford, Air Force Maj. John Francis and Air Force Col. James Stephenson to the first discussion point. Stephenson is senior military advisor to the director, and Francis recently replaced Eaton as executive officer.
