Roman Space Telescope Encapsulation
Defense Contract Management Agency Northeast was part of a team that worked on the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, which was used aboard a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket on Aug. 30. For more than six years, DCMA quality assurance personnel provided oversight across multiple contractor facilities, ensuring that NASA’s newest $4.3 billion flagship observatory met the standards necessary to unlock the deepest secrets of the universe.
