BCF Summit changes amplify employee feedback, target efficiencies

FORT GREGG-ADAMS, Va. — The Capabilities Boards within DCMA’s Business Capabilities Framework were reduced from 13 to 7 with the goal of providing greater opportunities of continuity of board processes.
