Matthew Lupone has been DCMA’s Technical Director since June 2020. He is also the former commander of DCMA Lockheed Martin Sunnyvale in California. He will be leaving the agency on July 22.

DCMA LA takes lead on NSSL affordability

LOS ANGELES — When SpaceX successfully completed its most recent Department of Defense National Security Space Launch mission, it not only placed the third GPS III satellite into orbit, it also helped the Defense Contract Management Agency and Space Force get closer to proving a money-saving concept.
