Keystone Program drives opportunity, development
FORT GREGG-ADAMS, Va. — Introduced in 1997, the Keystone program is DCMA’s primary acquisition training development program. It supports recruiting, developing, and retaining of select individuals in the acquisition and non-acquisition community.
