Contract specialist encourages others to pursue developmental assignments

FORT LEE, Va. — LeShan Jackson recently spent nine months on a virtual rotational assignment as part of the Defense Pricing and Contracting Acquisition Exchange Program.

Change agents help colleagues embrace new initiatives

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. — “My goal is for the employees who are carrying out the mission of DCMA to understand why things are changing, how they are affected and the benefits they can expect,” said Leigh Key, an engineer from DCMA Huntsville, Alabama.
