Employees graduate from Emerging Leaders Pilot Program

FORT LEE, Va. — The cohort of 47 employees, representing many diverse job series, completed the demanding 18-month leadership development program in August.

Eighteen Performance Improvement Officers, also known as PIOs, graduated from the Defense Contract Management Agency’s one-week green belt training on May 25. The training will help employees lead teams to update business processes across the agency. (DCMA photo by Andrew Miskovich)
