Former chocolatier creates smiles as quality assurance specialist

ORLANDO, Fla. — Farris Riggsbee said his prior experience reminded him that providing quality customer service in any position is important.

Defense Contract Management Agency Director Air Force Lt. Gen. Wendy Masiello and James Russell, deputy director, congratulate Keith Kalbfleisch at the agency’s Worldwide Training Conference in June on receiving the 2016 Outstanding Personnel of the Year award for his work on developing an idea to automate Program Assessment Reports. Kalbfleisch, the engineering and manufacturing director at DCMA Lockheed Martin Orlando, and others from around the agency, provided input and lessons learned to create a faster and better way to provide the timely reports to customers. DCMA LM Orlando employee develops idea to automate program assessment reports
