Business Capabilities Framework captures DCMA’s return on investment

FORT LEE, Va. — By adopting a Business Capabilities Framework, DCMA’s governance organization and strategic planning become clearer.

Defense Contract Management Agency employees in the Indirect Cost Control working group met for three days in February at Fort Lee, Virginia, to establish baseline goals and start working on a strategic gap analysis.
