DCMA Atlanta deputy director retires with leadership legacy
ATLANTA — Vivian Hill started her career as a GS-3 secretary with the Defense Contract Administration Services Management Area Inglewood in California in 1979. She has been the DCMA Atlanta deputy for 15 years.
