MIRABEL, Quebec — The final F-18 delivery from DCMA Americas Quebec marked the end of a five-year effort and highlighted a successful joint-service collaboration to strengthen readiness, diplomatic relations, and industrial capacity, while instilling confidence for future U.S. contracts in Canada.
